My (Surjeon's) tenure as the Poaster boy of Poorly-Spelt Medical Job Titles and local burger flipper is now over. We in the crazy hospital would like to offer our condolences to those of you who blindly followed his leadership(I.E. pumpkins). Your unwavering dedication to such an overbearing personality was quite impressive. Tom Cruise was like the Freddie Mercury of his religion, and he will be surely missed.
